Reveal retreat is a small, curated Sedona retreat this October—an easygoing, restorative experience designed to help women step out of routine and into adventure, beauty, connection, and aliveness.
About the Retreat Experience
This retreat is designed for busy women who are ready to step out of their everyday routines and into a spacious, restorative pause. It’s for those craving a deeper connection with themselves, and with other women who are also seeking presence, clarity, and renewal.
Held in the heart of Sedona’s red rock country, this weekend is a curated blend of restoration, adventure, beauty, and ease.
Imagine arriving and immediately exhaling into a slower rhythm. Morning coffee in the quiet desert air, surrounded by cactus and cool breeze. Sunlight shifting across red rock walls as the day gently unfolds. Time spent barefoot on the porch swing, letting stillness return to your body and mind.
Every detail of the weekend is taken care of for you. Nourishing meals are prepared and served, so you can fully rest without planning, cooking, or cleanup. Your only job is to arrive and receive.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore Sedona’s natural beauty together. This includes a guided hike through a quieter side of the landscape, a relaxed outing into downtown Sedona for shopping and exploration, and intentional time built in for rest and integration.
We’ll also gather for a sunset yoga session on the lawn, guided by a certified instructor. Movement and stillness are intentionally woven throughout the experience, creating space for your nervous system to unwind and reset.
This retreat is not about doing more—it’s about softening, reconnecting, and remembering what it feels like to be fully present in your life again.

When
October 22–25, 2026
Join us for a long weekend of restoration, connection, adventure, and reflection in the heart of Sedona's stunning red rock landscape.
Where
We'll be staying at the beautiful Sedona Soul Shack, located just south of downtown Sedona in Oak Creek. Surrounded by breathtaking red rock views and tucked into a quiet neighborhood, this unique retreat home offers the perfect setting to slow down and reconnect.
The home features a spacious loft with four comfortable bunk spaces, as well as a separate sleeping area across the breezeway with a king bed and four additional beds in an adjoining room.
Outside, you'll find plenty of spaces to relax and unwind, including rocking chairs, a porch swing bed, hanging egg chairs, a hot tub, and inviting outdoor seating areas designed for conversation, reflection, and rest.
I hosted Reveal Retreat here in 2022, and it remains one of my favorite retreat locations. The energy, beauty, and peaceful atmosphere make it a truly special place to gather. You can see the house here.

Why Reveal Retreat?
Life moves fast. Between work, responsibilities, relationships, and the constant demands of everyday life, it can be easy to lose touch with yourself and what truly lights you up.
Reveal Retreat was created as an invitation to step away from the noise and into something different.
Over the course of a long weekend in Sedona, you'll have space to slow down, breathe deeply, explore beautiful places, share meaningful conversations, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath the busyness of life. There is no pressure to perform, achieve, or be anything other than exactly who you are.
This retreat blends rest, adventure, reflection, and connection in a way that feels natural and nourishing. Whether you're hiking among Sedona's red rocks, enjoying a quiet morning coffee with a view, laughing with new friends, or simply allowing yourself to be still for a moment, each experience is designed to help you feel more present, grounded, and alive.
Since 2019, I have hosted several intimate Reveal Retreats, and one thing has remained true every time: incredible things happen when women gather with openness and intention. Meaningful connections form quickly, walls come down, and participants often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves than when they arrived.
You don't need to be going through a major life transition to benefit from a retreat. Sometimes the greatest gift is simply giving yourself permission to pause, be cared for, and remember what it feels like to come home to yourself.
If you've been craving beauty, connection, inspiration, adventure, or simply a break from your everyday routine, this retreat was created for you.

I went into this retreat skeptical, unsure if it would deliver what I was hoping for. But once I started processing the experience and applying the tools I learned, I realized I had received far more than I expected. The sense of community was everything — this retreat created a space where you never feel alone in your journey. And the food? Absolutely incredible. Kim was an exceptional facilitator: honest, observant, and intentional. She pushed me in exactly the ways I needed while holding space with genuine non-judgment. I would recommend Reveal Retreat without hesitation to anyone ready to do the work.

I came expecting intensive group sessions, and while the format surprised me, something undeniably powerful happened at this retreat — I'm still putting myself back together in the best way possible. The location in Arizona was jaw-dropping; the mountains alone are worth the trip. I loved getting out into nature to hike and swim, the small group brainspotting work, and the shared meals that brought everyone together. Kim is a fabulous leader — warm, perceptive, and genuinely committed to each participant. I've already recommended this to close friends. If you're open to it, this experience will move you.

The people at this retreat made it truly special — I didn't want to leave. My biggest takeaway was discovering that healing doesn't always look the way you expect it to. I was so focused on staying present that I thought I was missing out, but my mind and body were processing the whole time. The effects of the retreat are still unfolding for me weeks later. Kim was an incredibly present and perceptive facilitator — she recognized moments to step in and support healing, and modeled healthy boundaries beautifully. I would recommend this to anyone who is genuinely open to healing and willing to do the work that follows.

I went in trusting the process completely, and this retreat delivered in ways I didn't even know I needed. The quiet time on the grounds, the magic of the red rocks, the connection with nature and with new friends — all of it was deeply restorative. Meeting Kim in person was priceless. She is a total rockstar of a facilitator: passionate, gifted, and deeply attuned to each person's needs. I've been setting boundaries, growing, and feeling the ripple effects of this retreat every single day since coming home. If you're lucky enough to have the opportunity to go — go. Your life will be changed.

This retreat didn't unfold the way I imagined — it exceeded my expectations in ways I didn't know I needed. From the movement and nature immersion to the eye activity that unlocked feelings I didn't know were there, every element of this experience created genuine breakthroughs. What struck me most was being surrounded by women who were truly open to sitting with hard things. It felt like a safe space to rediscover who I am. Kim is a 12/10 facilitator — she connected with each person individually and held space with so much care and intention. I came back still shifting and changing, and I'm grateful for every bit of it.

I expected to meet like-minded women and have good food — both far exceeded my expectations. What I didn't expect was how emotional and transformative the experience would be. The location and house were stunning, and Kim thought of every detail so that we could simply show up and open ourselves to the process. I loved the yoga, the scenic point group work, and the vulnerability that filled every room. In just five days since returning home, I've already found myself advocating better for myself and having more honest conversations with my husband. Kim's advice is rippling out into our whole life. This retreat is something truly special.

I came hoping for meaningful connection, time for self-reflection, and thought-provoking conversation — and this retreat exceeded every one of those expectations. The relationships I built were the highlight. Kim was an outstanding facilitator whose vulnerability and authentic self-care set the tone for the whole group. She created an environment where deep, real conversations felt natural and safe. The experience opened my eyes to how many areas of my life needed attention — in the most empowering way. I'd recommend this retreat without hesitation, and I especially think it would be transformative for therapists and healers who often pour into others but rarely invest in themselves.
